Dance Conservatory Performance Project (DCPP), started in 2004, is a non-profit organization created and directed by Valentina Kozlova, a former Principal dancer with both the Bolshoi Ballet (Moscow, Russia) and New York City Ballet (New York, USA).
DCPP's mission is to foster classical dance and disseminate its education, both as a traditional value and an evolving performing art form.
Through classroom work, scholarships, performance presentation, the commissioning of new choreography and its newest initiative, the Boston International Ballet Competition (BIBC), DCPP strives to nurture, educate, and promote budding artists.

The prestigious Boston International Ballet Competition is a member of UNESCO's International Dance Council CID and attracts dancers from around the world to compete before a distinguished panel of judges for scholarships and professional contracts.
