Held at Sotogrande International School, the intensive will offer two weeks of instruction in classical ballet of the Vaganova method, pointe, variations, personal coaching, European contemporary dance, and character dance. The program will be led by educators Svetlana Ivanova (former Soloist of the Bolshoi Ballet Company,) Valentina Kozlova (former Principal Dancer with the Bolshoi Ballet Company and New York City Ballet,) Sergei Soloviev (former Principal Dancer with the Bolshoi Ballet and current Master Teacher at Paris Conservatory of Dance,) Rita Quaglia (Master Teacher at the Paris Conservatory and International Guest Teacher and Choreographer in Contemporary,) Mikhail Zavialov and Irina Zavialova (former Principal Dancers in the Mariinsky Theater).
The intensive will include an excursion to Gibraltar on our day off and end with a participant workshop and performance.
Tuition includes all classes, round trip transportation to and from the airport, your stay in the dorms, three meals a day, and the excursion to Gibraltar. Students are scheduled to arrive in the afternoon of the 13th (dinner served) and leave the morning of the 27th (breakfast served).

Valentina Kozlova Dance Conservatory of New York (VKDCNY) offers prestigious training in classical ballet technique of the Russian Vaganova method. VALENTINA KOZLOVA was born in Moscow, where she trained at the Bolshoi School in the Vaganova method. She was taken into the Bolshoi Ballet Company and rose through the ranks to be made a Principal Dancer, dancing leading roles in all the classical ballets.
